I’ve obviously survived my trip to Canada and around the Great Lakes! It turned out to be way more amazing than I thought it would be.

I can honestly say that I’m really excited about the future of the site right now. My poor widescreen.org has been hurting for a long time, living in the past with sites like MySpace. (It’s not as bad a Geocities, though! Hey, I do have some standards!) But I’ve been doing a lot of work while in “hurry up and wait” mode to get my new work laptop, data connection, accounts, etc. I couldn’t be more pleased with what I’m doing. I really hope to have the new site up and running in September and it’s going to be so-o-o-o much nicer than the antiquated web site that it is today.

  1. Bring back the LCARS look.

  2. Dunkirk Largest 70mm release in 25 years ; Too bad they were mostly in auditoriums/screens so small that there would be no difference from a 35mm print. Will they show a 70mm print in “the palace” screen 11 at Ontario 22 in California? Or a similarly sized screen? PROVABLY NEVER.
