Regrettably, the “spoiler!!!” whiners are at it again. This time their anger is pointed towards Sony for the latest Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer that shows a situation where Spider-Man loses his suit. Let’s completely ignore that trailers often show material that doesn’t show up in the movie, that the trailer’s context can be completely misleading, and that this is a typical Hollywood formula that we’ve seen in multiple movies. RAGE RAGE RAGE RAWR RAWR RAWR!

If a five-second segment of a two-minute trailer “spoils” a two-hour video for you, you have problems. Grow up.
